Managing Retirees Expectations - PENOP_Abuja 17 June 2013

Learning Impact NG Facilitated a 1 Day Workshop for Pension Industry Professionals titled 'Managing Retirees Expectations' on the 17 June 2013 in Abuja. Our facilitators Nike Oni and Patrick Igboh made the participants understand how to apply the success factor of Governing Forces in building a culture of service excellence within their organization.

Participants at the workshop were exposed to contents in these areas : The Mirror Principle of Customer Service; Understanding Retirees Expectations; The Governing Forces of Customer Service and Problem Solving Along the Retiree Life Cycle.
