STANBIC IBTC – Creative Problem Solving 13 - 14 September 2013 Lagos

Learning Impact facilitated a Creative Problem Solving Workshop for staff of Stanbic IBTC in Lagos. The facilitator Mrs Njideaka Ayopeju made the participants understand how to use the tools for creative problem solving (brain storming; why tree; six thinking hats and idea box) effectively.
The contents for the workshop were in the following areas: The Mindset for Problem Solving; The Discipline for Problem Solving and The Tools for Creative Problem Solving.

STANBIC IBTC - Building Stanbic Entrepreneurs Workshop – 26 - 27 August 2013 Port Harcourt.


A 2-Day Workshop was organized for Staff of Stanbic IBTC on Building Stanbic Entrepreneurs on 26 – 27 August 2013 in Port Harcourt. The training was facilitated by Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact NG. Participants were able to understand and apply the framework of ownership thinking and commitment to their individual and organizational success.
The workshop contents were in the following areas: The Culture of Intrapreneurship, Building your Start-Up Strategy and Driving Sales Performance through the Sales Cycle.

Fatima Private School – Summer Academy for Educators Result/Synergy 05 – 06 September 2013 Abuja.

Amina Bolujoko of Learning Impact NG facilitated a 2 Day Summer Academy for Educators Results/Synergy Workshop for staff of Fatima Private School in Abuja on the 05 – 06 September 2013. She made the participants understand that knowing team members’ personality is a tool to creating the synergy desired for an effective teamwork.
The workshop content covered the following areas: The Mindset for Delivering Results; Managing Energy & Time for Results; Emotional Intelligence Framework and Creating the Right Synergy for Teamwork.

On 31 Aug 2013; Nike Oni of Learning Impact NG facilitated the Creative Problem Solving Workshop for Staff of Stanbic IBTC in Lagos. She practically engaged the participants on how to formulate innovative solutions and Six Thinking Hats.
