The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 2 day Leading Change Workshop for leaders in Stanbic IBTC in Lagos. The Workshop focused on enabling change in the work place, and had over 20 participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Dennis Odeigah and Gbitse Barrow and took place at the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association on the 15th and 16th of August 2011.
Particiapnts learned lessons in Change from leadership Guru - John C Maxwell, some of the activities included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and group exercises, Story telling, Action Project Development and other tools for leading and enabling change.
