STANBIC IBTC – Creative Problem Solving 13 – 14 June 2013 Lagos

Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact NG facilitated a 2 Day Workshop for Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers and Asset Management in Lagos on 13 – 14 June 2013. The title of the workshop was Creative Problem Solving. He made the participants understand the need to ask the Question Behind the Questions (QBQs) rather than asking Incorrect Questions (IQs) in order to improve on their personal accountability.

The workshop content covered the following areas: The Mindset for Problem Solving; The Discipline for Problem Solving and The Tools for Creative Problem Solving.

On 20 – 21 June 2013 Learning Impact NG facilitated a Creative Problem Solving Workshop for Stanbic IBTC Pensions and Asset Management Lagos. The participants were practically engaged on: how to  identify a problem; getting to the root cause of that problem using the Why tree and then brainstorming in order to generate ideas to solving the problem using the rules for brainstorming.

The following areas were the contents for the workshop: The Mindset for Problem Solving; The Discipline for Problem Solving and The Tools for Creative Problem Solving.
