NIGERIA Facilitated a 2 Day training workshop titled "Be Better at Fantastic Service' on the 8-9 December 2012. The workshop was
facilitated by Olanrewaju Philips at the Mahatma Gandhi Room of the Bee Better Foundation.
Participants
at
the workshop were exposed to content in the following areas: Overview
of Customer Service; Discovering Customer Expectation;The Fantastic
Service Equation; Emotional Intelligence for Fantastic Service.
As usual our
