A 1 day training event took place at the Mahatma Gandhi
room of the Learning Impact’s Bee Better Academy (B B A) on the the 27 September
2012 . The training was titled Be Better at Fantastic Service which was
organized for Client Facing Personnel on
the cardinal roles customers play in the life of any organization, also
describing the Governing Forces Of Customer service which was centered on
building relationships with people, environment & policy of the
organization. This learning intervention was facilitated by Maryam Aliko
