Training on Leading Transformational Change for senior Leaders at Unity Bank
Plc, Head office – Abuja on Thursday 07 June 2012 .
The training was designed to enable
participants focus on the various change initiatives around Unity Bank, and
some of the challenges they may face in delivering on these initiatives; How to
apply the John Kotter 3Phase 8 Step Model to managing change to the change
initiatives within Unity bank; and how to Identify and reflect upon important behaviours
that are critical to planning, executing and sustaining these change
initiatives.
