John Maxwell Training in Lagos, Nigeria

The John C Maxwell Leadership Training Team from Learning Impact NG touched down in Lagos this last weekend on the 18th of December at the Unity Bank Development Center in Ikeja. As usual, the participants had a great time learning timeless concepts in leadership and influence - the Think-Say-Do Model, Servant leadership, empathic Listenining and some of the 25 Ways of Winning with People. It was also another fun-filled and experiential session with Ndu our in-house nightingale reading the story of the Lens Principle, as well as the birthing of our very own servant leader Margaret Alabi, whose service to the class didnt go unrewarded! The session was facilitated by the leading John Maxwell Facilitator in Nigeria and sub-saharan Africa, Gbitse Barrow who gave his usual best to ensure that the participants learned some great lessons with his usual stories and anecdotes. On hand also was co-facilitator, Abioye Oke to ensure that participants got more than they had bargained for. Our Training Coordinator also gave a hug of encouragement to our participants as they received their Certificates of Participation

The Lagos session brings to the end the 2010 training calendar for Learning Impact NG, as well as Unity Bank, and we sincerely look forward to bringing the train back to Unity Bank, and of course to Lagos again.

As usual, we got some great paparazi pictures for our gallery below, and you know it's Lagos - Eko for Show!
