Lets win with People at Stanbic IBTC

The John C Maxwell Winning with People Train arrived at the very well managed NECA Training Facilities at Alausa Lagos, where selected staff of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management, Stanbic IBTC Pensions and Stanbic IBTC Wealth Distribution participated in a two Day Winning with People Workshop facilitated by Gbitse Barrow and Dennis Odeigah of Learning Impact NG.

Participants had a great time learning the fundamentals of emotional intelligence, learning to be open and transparent about sharing their weaknesses, understanding different personality types and their communication preferences, practicing empathic listening skills; giving and receiving feedback, as well as demonstrating the attitude of servant leaders.
