Learning to be a REAL Success at Cadbury Plc

A select group of Managers at cadbury Nigeria Plc, a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, and manufacturers of family favourites - Bournvita and Tom Tom, as well as the new range of Kraft Foods Products in Nigeria participated in an exclusive John C Maxwell REAL Success Workshop facilitated by Gbitse barrow of Learning Impact NG. The one-day event which took place in Mid-June at the cadbury Learning & Development Center had participants drawn from different units and departments within the Company, and also had the Head of Learning & Development, Mrs Funmi Ogbogu as a participant.

Participants were led through the 4 components of Success - Relationships, Equipping, Attitude and Leadership. As usual, it was a fun-filled event with practical story telling, leadership tools and frameworks from Gbitse Barrow, as well as video content from the guru himself - Dr John C Maxwell.

With lots of new learnings about how to be a REAL Success, participants made commitments to improving their relationships, building their professional competencies and those of the people they lead, developing a winning attitude, and using the framework of the 5 Levels of leadership to grow as leaders. Participants can look forward to continue to get on-going support and resources from Learning Impact NG, as they continue their journey to REAL Success.
