Abuja Bank Leaders learn to WIN with People

Bank Leaders from within the FCT took time out on Saturday to invest in their development as leaders by participating in the one-day Winning with People workshop facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Abioye Oke and Gbitse Barrow. The participants were drawn from a variety of banks within Abuja, and got the opportunity to hone their leadership skills by focusing on building emotional intelligence, understanding personality types, learning listening skills, and how to give and receive feedback, as well as coming up with action plans and commitments to really influence the people around them.
