The Be Better Foundation organized a Leadership Breakfast Roundtable for small business owners on the 20th of Feb, 2014 with the theme "Leveraging Your People Assets To Enhance Productivity". The event hosted two notable speakers, Professor Pat Utomi and our very own Gbitse Barrow who shared their thought provoking and profound insights on ways to create the right discipline around a business as well as how to leverage people assets to create value for the business.
