Gbitse Barrow at the Lux Terra Training for News Agency of Nigeria

The Lux Terra Leadership Foundation organized a three day workshop for Senior leaders of the News Agency of Nigeria at the Reiz Continental Hotel, Abuja, FCT in late July 2011. The 3 day programme had facilitators from the Lux Terra Foundation, including Gbitse Barrow, Founder and CEO of Learning Impact NG.

In his 2 hour presentation - "The 5 Levels of Leadership", Gbitse gave participants an insight into what it took to grow as a leader across the 5 levels of Leadership as proferred by Dr John C Maxwell. as usual the Imapct Gallery captured the moments for our gallery:

Abuja Bank Leaders learn to WIN with People

Bank Leaders from within the FCT took time out on Saturday to invest in their development as leaders by participating in the one-day Winning with People workshop facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Abioye Oke and Gbitse Barrow. The participants were drawn from a variety of banks within Abuja, and got the opportunity to hone their leadership skills by focusing on building emotional intelligence, understanding personality types, learning listening skills, and how to give and receive feedback, as well as coming up with action plans and commitments to really influence the people around them.

Church Leaders in the FCT get some leadership training

It was a really great workshop with Abuja based Church leaders from across a range of Christian denominations - orthodox, protestant, and pentecostal. the Church Leaders took part in a one-day Developing the Leader within You Programme facilitated by Gbitse Barrow and Abioye Oke of Learning Impact NG. The Church Leaders got a more secular view of values based leadership which still resonated quite well with some of their own doctrinal based concepts about Leadership Behaviour. as usual, our Impact gallery were on hand to catch a glimpse of what was truly a day of learning, blessings and leadership and more all wrapped up in one!
