Stanbic IBTC Leaders learn a few more lessons in leadership

In the second week in May 2011, clusters of leaders within the Stanbic IBTC Group spent a couple of days each at the Lekki Waterside Hotel, not just to enjoy the sweet Lekki breeze, or check out the new Lekki Bridge, but indeed to learn some lessons in leadership. Gbitse Barrow and Nike Oni of Learning Impact NG were on hand to facilitate the sessions that focused on building trust and personal accountability as leaders as well as communicating with Impact. the Participanst also got the unique opportunity to have Past presidential Aspirant, and founder of the Lagos Business School, Professor Pat Utomi to share from his bounty of knowledge on the subject of Learning to Lead. We cannot forget quickly the Discriminant Operant Model of Instrumental Conditioning ( Eye Service) or the Service vs Competence Matrix that the Prof shared with us. We already got some positive feedback about the application of the Sitruation-Behaviour-Impact Model for giving feedback which one of the participants tried out back at work with resounding results. As usual, our Learning impact crew were on hand to capture the sights from these two programmes below:
