Business Leaders and professionals in Abuja got the opportunity to learn how to improve their interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills with the 2 day John C Maxwell Winning with People Workshop. The workshop took place in late April at Valencia Hotel, Wuse II Abuja, and had participants drawn from the public sector, financial services and banking, telecommunications, as well as the Construction Industry and Other Professional Services. Participants were exposed to the Think-Say-Do Model, and participated in a blend of unique learning activities to help them sharpen their skills in managing conflict, empathic listening, as well as giving and receiving feedback.
