Middle-level managers of Unity Bank in the Lagos and South-West Region had a taste of Learning Impact NG's Winning with People Workshop on Saturday, 19 February 2011. As usual, the participants had a great time with the experiential learning content and delivery put together by the faculty of Gbitse Barrow & Abioye Oke. Participants obviously got more than they bargained for, especially in the thought provoking exercises on personality preferences. With all the politics in the air, Participants spared some thoughts on the concept of servant leadership also, and practiced their listening skills as well.
