Leadership Training in Kano - March 2011

We were back to the bustling city of Kano again on the weekend of 12 March with our critically accaliamed - "Winning witrh People" Workshop for Middle Managers of Unity Bank in the Northern Region. We got off to a great start, and particularly enjoyed the activities with the different personalities and the thought provoking conversations about authentic Leadership. One great learning point was that no matter how bad our leaders are - they often have one great moment of servanthood which stands out and counts in their favour, and provides a learning point for the rest of us. Abioye led the opening introductory activity which allowed participants get to know each other better and focus on the learning objectives for the say, while Gbitse led the other sessions on the Think-Say-Do Model.
