THE 21 IRREFUTABLLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP IN ABUJA

Learning Impact NG hosted one of its bi-monthly leadership and personal development series at Chelsea hotel Abuja. The event was about the “21 irrefutable laws of leadership” module one. The Programme was facilitated by Learning Impact CEO, Gbitse Barrow, and has participants drawn from all works of life - banking and financial services, Government, faith based Institutions, Self employed and even Students. As usual it was a life changing stuff, as participants got the opportunity to learn about the first  7 laws of leadership and were exposed to the practicality of these laws.

Diamond Managers Learn Interviewing Skills

Managerial Staff of Diamond Bank Plc, one of the  leading retail banks in Nigeria took part in a one-day Workshop on Competency Based Interviewing Skills facilitated by Amina Bolujoko and Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact NG.

The workshop helped the Line Managers from Diamond Bank to build critical skills in designing interview questions based on clearly articulated competencies and behavioural indicators. The workshop also focused on a number of tools and practices that vcan be applied to improve the quality of questions, planning for interviews, and gauging the overall quality of candidates especially as it relates to their emotional intelligence and behaviours.

As usual, the Workshop was full of intercative activities, story telling, and practical exercises that could help participants improve their ability to assess candidates through structured competency based interviews.

NNPC Leaders Learn The Art of Negotiation

The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 5 day workshop on Mastering the Art of Negotiation for the staff of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in Abuja. The Workshop focused on developing their critcal negotiation skills and had over 20  participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Gbitse Barrow and Ayo Gbodi. It took place at Chelsea Hotel Abuja from the 19th to 23rd of September 2011.

Particiapnts learned lessons in Types of Negotiation, Core Principles in Negotiation, Negotiation Tactics etc. some of the activities included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and Group exercises, Story telling, Action Project Development and other tools for enhancing their knowledge of the Art of Negotiation.

HR WORKSHOP @ DIAMOND BANK LAGOS

The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 2 day workshop on Competency Based Interviewing for Hiring Managers in Diamond Bank in Lagos. The Workshop focused on enhancing their ability to conduct effective selection interviews using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) Techniques and had over 50 participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Gbitse Barrow. It took place at Diamond Bank Training School  from the 14th to 15th of September 2011.
