Becoming A Person Of Influence- Workshop In Abuja

Learning Impact NG hosted its biggest programme yet - with over 150 participants at the Rockview Hotel Wuse 2 Abuja. The event was part of our bi-monthly leadership and personal development series Becoming A Person Of Influence - . The Programme was facilitated by Learning Impact CEO, Gbitse Barrow, and has participants drawn from all works of life - banking and financial services, Government, faith based Institutions, Self employed and even Students. As usual it was life changing stuff, as participants got the opportunity to learn the need for Integrity, Faith, Understanding, Connections, Empowerment and much more.

Stanbic IBTC Leaders Diversity & Relational Skills Workshop

The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 2 day Diversity & Relational Skills Workshop for leaders in Stanbic IBTC in Lagos. The Workshop focused on enhancing Diversity and Relational Skills, and had over 20 participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Nike Oni and Gbitse Barrow and took place at the Lagos Resource Center in Victoria Island in late July.

Particiapnts learned lessons in Diversity from leadership Guru - John C Maxwell, some of the activities included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and group exercises, Story telling, Action Project Development and other tools for sparking diversity and relational skills.

Stanbic IBTC Leaders learn to Innovate

The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 2 day Innovation & Creativity Workshop for leaders in Stanbic IBTC in Lagos. The Workshop focused on building innovation and creativity, and had over 25 participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Nike Oni and Gbitse Barrow and took place at the Lagos Resource Center in Victoria Island in late July.

Particiapnts learned lessons in Innovation from leadership Guru - John C Maxwell, practised the use of Brainstorming, Mind-Mapping, Ideas Matrix and other tools for sparking creativity as well as reviewed a number of interesting case studies on Innovation and Creativity.
