Participants were also engaged by leading Realtionship Coach - Mrs Bridget Itsueli, who led a half-day session on Striking the Work-Life balance. Participants also practised some very important new approaches to handling performance appraisals - the Mixed Method; as well the ever powerful Situation - Behaviour - Impact approach for giving feedback to their colleagues back at work. The session ended with participatnts huddling within their various workstreams to come up with a distinct People Project that will ensure they transferred their new learnings into action in their work and personal lives.
