STANBIC IBTC – Coaching and Mentoring 19 July 2013 Lagos

On 19 July 2013; Learning Impact facilitated a Coaching and Mentoring Workshop for staff of Stanbic IBTC Pensions and Asset Management Lagos. The facilitator Gbitse Barrow helped the participants in discovering the three distinct mentoring roles that they play as leaders and how to apply simple tools to these roles.

The contents of the workshop were in the following areas: Coaching and Mentoring Overview; Coaching Skills in Practice; Mentor-ship Roles and Skills.

Learning Impact facilitated a Coaching and Mentoring Workshop for staff of Stanbic IBTC Pensions and Asset Management Lagos on 18 July 2013.

Gbitse Barrow made the participants comprehend how to apply techniques for empathic listening to improving the quality of their coaching engagements and also how to apply background and motive questions in building trust and rapport with their coaches.

STANBIC IBTC – Creative Problem Solving 12 – 13 August 2013 Abuja

Nice Nike Oni and Amiable Amina Bolujoko of Learning Impact NG facilitated a 2 Day Workshop for Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers and Asset Management in Abuja on 12 – 13 August 2013. The title of the workshop was Creative Problem Solving. They brought to the understanding of the participants possible ways to develop action plans to improve on managing their time more effectively using a to–do list that works as well as managing their personal energy.

The workshop content covered the following areas: The Mindset for Problem Solving; The Discipline for Problem Solving and The Tools for Creative Problem Solving.

STANBIC IBTC – Next Generation Leaders Workshop – 22 – 24 July 2013 Lagos

A 3 Day Junior Leaders Workshop for Stanbic IBTC Pensions and Asset Managers on 22- 24 July in Lagos was facilitated by Learning Impact NG. Gbitse Barrow the facilitator made the class interactive with case studies, illustrations and discussions as the participants were practically exposed to contents in the following areas: The Overview of Leadership; Leadership Models & Theories; Emotional Intelligence & Personal Mastery; Managing Your Career; Leading Your Team; Leading Change; Leading Your Boss; Leading Your Subordinates; Personal Effectiveness; Creativity & Innovation; Managing Employees Performance; and Coaching & Mentoring.
