LEARNING THE ART OF NEGOTIATION WORKSHOP FOR N.N.P.C LAGOS


The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 5 day workshop on Mastering the Art of Negotiation for the staff of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (N.N.P.C) in Lagos. The Workshop focused on developing their critical negotiation skills and had over 20  participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Gbitse Barrow at Best Western Lagos Ikeja Hotel from the 27th February to 2nd of march 2011.

Participants learned lessons in Types of Negotiation, Core Principles in Negotiation, Negotiation Tactics etc. some of the activities included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and Group exercises, Story telling, Action Project Development and other tools for enhancing their knowledge of the Art of Negotiation.

DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP COMPETENCE WORKSHOP FOR STAFF OF F.I.R.S

Learning Impact NG Facilitated  a FIVE day Workshop for the staff of Field Operations, Processes and Program Unit  of the Federal Inland Revenue Service “FIRS”. The workshop was tagged "Developing Leadership Competence" and was facilitated by Amina Bolujoko of Learning Impact. The workshop was aimed at building competences in the areas of Leading Results, Leading People and becoming a REAL success. THE 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP FOR SIGMA PENSIONS STREAM TWO

Sigma pensions Abuja hosted a two day training workshop on the 21 Irrefutable laws of leadership.The training was this time for lower level managers and  this was aimed at building quality leaders within the organization.The event was facilitated by Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact NG and  as usual it was an interesting event filled with so much learnings and the participants were happy to the end.check out some of the pictures from the event

OANDO PLC GRADUATE TRAINNEE PROGRAMME

Learning Impact NG organized a two day workshop on Personal Accountability and Time Management for the Graduate Trainees of Oando plc. The event was facilitated by Learning Impact's Gbitse Barrow and Amina Bolujoko and was aimed at  equipping the Graduate Trainees (GTs) with the adequate knowledge, skills and tools needed to create a smooth on-boarding  experience and help them perform effectively on the job. FIVE LEVELS OF LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP ABUJA


Learning Impact NG organized  a half day training on the The Five Levels Of Leadership by John Maxwell. The event took place at the Shehu Musa Yar'adua center in Abuja and was aimed at exposing the participants to the five processes of becoming great leaders as stated by John Maxwell.
