Building Relational Skills with more Unity Bank Managers

The Learning Impact NG train continued on 12 February in Abuja with another group of Unity Bank Managers to improve their Relational Skills. Well timed ahead of valentine's Day, participants got an opportunity not only to reflect on their work and business relationships but also looked at how best to apply some of ourWinning with People Principles to spousal and family relationships. Our cameras caught some interesting moments as participants learned from each other as well as the Course Directors - Gbitse Barrow & Nike Oni.

John Maxwell "Winning with People" Workshop in Lagos

Learning Impact NG made a great impact in Lagos in November 2010 with its Signature Training Programme - Winning with People at the impressive Civic Center in Victoria Island. The one-day workshop which was facilitated by Learning Impact NG CEO, Mr Gbitse Barrow had participants drawn from leading organizations within Lagos including First Bank, Unioin Bank, NBC, Coca Cola and BAT, British Council amongst others. The workshop was over-subscribed, and the enthusiastic participants got what they bargained for and more. As usual our Gallery Crew were on hand to capture the great moments from this life-changing Workshop:

Basic Business Writing Training Workshop in Abuja

The Learning Impact NG Team facilitated a 3- Day Intensive Business Writing Workshop for a select group of participants. These be-spoke solutions from Learning Impact NG usually feature small class sizes to ensure that participants get the maximum interaction from the facilitator and feedback on their writing assignments. Facilitated by the Chief Coach himself, Gbitse added the usual story telling, reflections and action planning, and the participants can testify that though a serious and tasking workshop, there was never a dull moment. Participants were given a number of writing exercises, and made presentations on their own writings, and received a wonderful keepsake - a collection of Life changing Articles on Writing Skills put together by Learning Impact NG

As usual our Gallery crew were on hand and captured these busy writing moments:
