FCMB - Advanced Customer Service Excellence Workshop - 19 - 21 May 2014, Abuja.

First City Monument Bank (FCMB) organized a Workshop titled “Advanced Customer Service Excellence” for some of its employees. Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact facilitated the workshop on 19 - 21 May 2014 in Abuja.
