FCMB - Advanced Customer Service Excellence - 12 - 14 May 2014. Kaduna

First City Monument Bank (FCMB) organized a Workshop titled “Advanced Customer Service Excellence” for some of its employees. Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact facilitated the workshop on 12 - 14 May 2014 in Kaduna.
