Learning Impact NG facilitated a workshop on
Competency Based Interviewing for Hiring Managers in Diamond
Bank in Owerri. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Gbitse Barrow.
Participants learned how to use the competency based interviewing (CBI) technique
in hiring. They also learnt lessons in Hiring for Emotional Intelligence,
Compentcy Based Interviewing in Action, etc. some of the activities
included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and group exercises,
Storytelling, Action Project Development and other tools for enhancing their
knowledge of Competency Based Interviewing.
