Impact facilitated a Coaching and Mentoring
Workshop for staff of Stanbic IBTC Pensions and Asset Management Lagos on 18
July 2013.
Gbitse
Barrow made the participants comprehend how to apply techniques for empathic
listening to improving the quality of their coaching engagements and also how
to apply background and motive questions in building trust and rapport with
their coaches.
The
contents of the workshop were in the following areas: Coaching and Mentoring
Overview; Coaching Skills in Practice; Mentor-ship Roles and Skills.
As
usual a member of our Gallery Crew was at hand to capture some of the
