Diamond Managers Learn Interviewing Skills

Managerial Staff of Diamond Bank Plc, one of the  leading retail banks in Nigeria took part in a one-day Workshop on Competency Based Interviewing Skills facilitated by Amina Bolujoko and Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact NG.

The workshop helped the Line Managers from Diamond Bank to build critical skills in designing interview questions based on clearly articulated competencies and behavioural indicators. The workshop also focused on a number of tools and practices that vcan be applied to improve the quality of questions, planning for interviews, and gauging the overall quality of candidates especially as it relates to their emotional intelligence and behaviours.

As usual, the Workshop was full of intercative activities, story telling, and practical exercises that could help participants improve their ability to assess candidates through structured competency based interviews.
