HR WORKSHOP @ DIAMOND BANK LAGOS

The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 2 day workshop on Competency Based Interviewing for Hiring Managers in Diamond Bank in Lagos. The Workshop focused on enhancing their ability to conduct effective selection interviews using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) Techniques and had over 50 participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Gbitse Barrow. It took place at Diamond Bank Training School  from the 14th to 15th of September 2011.

Particiapnts learned lessons in Hiring for Emotional Intelligence, Compentcy Based Interviewing in Action,  etc. some of the activities included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and group exercises, Story telling, Action Project Development and other tools for enhancing their knowledge of Competency Based Interviewing  .
