Lagos Bankers Learn RESULTS, RESILIENCE & SERVICE

The Learning Impact NG team facilitated a 2 day Results, Resilience & Service workshop for leaders in the banking industry in Lagos. The Workshop focused on  results, resilience and service in the work place, and had over 20 participants. It was facilitated by Learning Impact NG's Dennis Odeigah and Gbitse Barrow and took place at the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association(NECA) on the 17th and 18th of August 2011.

Particiapnts learned lessons in Results, Resilience & Service from leadership Guru - John C Maxwell, some of the activities included: Case study Reviews & Discussions, Individual and Group exercises, Story telling, Action Project Development and other tools for achieving results, resilience and service. Our Impact Gallery crew were on hand to capture some of the sights from the event:
