Building L&D Strategy at FIRS

The Learning Impact NG crew started the new year with the Learning & Development Department of the FIRS, facilitating a one-day retreat at the impressive and serene Grange Hills Hotel on Mpape Hills in Abuja. The retreat was targeted at the staff of the L&D Department, and we not only came up with a Draft Game Plan for the year, we also had some great fun and strengthened our capabilities as a team.
